Becky Guinn

Becky has so many skills in art, it is hard to know where
to begin.

In addition to painting, she has mastered the art of
stained glass, paper and book making, mosaics,
pottery, and many other crafts and artistic media.

In January of 2003, after suffering from heparin induced
thrombosis, Becky had to have quadruple amputations.
She lost both of her legs below the knees and both of
her hands.

In spite of this, she has continued to produce wonderful
expressions of her love for art. She also was able to
return to her art classroom at Valley High School in the
Fall of 2003. Her strength and endurance have inspired
us all.
